For private clients, the commissioning of a private home development or renovation carries no less importance, risk or complexity than the larger project of the professional developer. Under this structure, the Development Manager or Owner’s Agent promotes the owner’s interests as primary across all facets and members of the project, whilst actively optimising cross-team collaboration, identifying time, cost or quality enhancement opportunities and issue/risk mitigation earlier in the project cycle, as well as giving the owner central oversight and governance across a highly integrated project team.
